Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
Kempenaar stores your personal data to be able to call or email you, to the extent necessary to properly provide our services. Your data is also used for administrative purposes, such as invoicing for services and/or goods delivered.

Site hack/data breach
All internet-accessible storage systems, including the secure mail and web hosting servers used by Kempenaar, are at certain risk of being hacked. Kempenaar retains personal data—name and address, telephone number(s), email address—no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected, such as maintaining proper records and providing relevant, customer-focused communication. The retention period is the duration of the (active) customer-supplier relationship, with a minimum of the tax-required retention period for administrative customer data. How we protect personal data
Kempenaar takes the protection of your data seriously and has taken appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
