Online database
Once a part has been disassembled and inspected, it is registered in the parts system. An information label with a barcode is then printed, after which the part is physically stored in the parts warehouse. When sold, the barcode is scanned, allowing the part to be processed and invoiced immediately. The current inventory is then updated immediately, ensuring the linked online database is always up-to-date.
Car Hotel
Not all parts are disassembled beforehand. Many larger components, such as doors and tailgates, remain attached to the vehicle and are only disassembled when necessary. The unique car hotel serves as temporary "housing," allowing each vehicle to be located by computer and then, thanks to an ingenious sliding system, quickly retrieved by forklift and transported to the bridge for disassembly of the requested part.
Search methods
The online database allows you to search for parts by keyword or combination of keywords, as well as by category, brand name, and model. You can then further refine your search by entering the year of manufacture, for example. If the (used) part you're looking for is not in stock, an alternative (new) part can usually be quickly supplied at a competitive price! Please call us to discuss the options; we're happy to help!
